Averra Labs ships to customers worldwide. 
We believe great skincare should be accessible 
everywhere — not just in one country.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed we begin preparing 
your bundle within 1-3 business days. You will 
receive an order confirmation email immediately 
after purchase.

Delivery Times by Region
United States: 7-15 business days
United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 12-25 business days
Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your 
location and local customs processing. 
International orders may be subject to 
customs fees or import duties imposed by 
your country — these are outside our control 
and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your bundle ships you will 
automatically receive a tracking number 
via email. You can use that tracking number 
to follow your order every step of the way 
from our fulfillment center to your door.

Step 2 — We prepare and process your bundle 
within 1-3 business days.
Step 3 — Your bundle ships and you receive 
your tracking number automatically.

out regional fulfillment for faster delivery
